Tie Guanyin Oolong

Known as the Iron Goddess of Teas, Tieguanyin is one of the most well known Oolong teas and producing it is no mean feat. Withering, rolling, shaping, and firing are similar to black tea, but much more attention to timing and temperature is necessary. The last step of baking or roasting, is exclusive to Oolong tea and is the real art in making this tea. 

This particular Tieguanyin is reminiscent of flowers, with an unmistakably unique taste that offers a long list of health benefits and also contains anti ageing properties.
